- Shipping via Colissimo International, followed by local postal service.
- Cost: 15 CHF for all orders.
- Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days.

Returns:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
1. Log in to your customer account and go to the “My Orders” section of your account.
2. Click “Request a Return” on the relevant order.
3. Select the items to be returned and provide a reason.
4. Select a carrier and print your return label.
The return shipping costs will then be deducted from your refund.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package.
